Paul and Marrions' Birthday!

I can't believe it's already been six years since my first child was born! Matthew Paul was born six years ago on the 29th of June, and Marrion's birthday was the 29th, which makes her now 5. Paul has turned into such a smart and kindhearted boy, he's really one that I am proud of. He's such a helper to me (in between his phases lol), and I thank the Lord every day that He gave him to me.

 Where's that cake at?!
Marrion is my little princess (as particular as one as well), and really loves dressing up in her prettiest clothes to play house. All of my kids have such a huge imagination, and I love to watch them play! I really pray God will lead me as I teach my children in His ways, and I want to one day see them living for Him.

Finally in Texas

We've officially lived here in Jasper, Texas for three weeks, and I'm finally getting around to my blog. It's been pretty interesting so far, I told my parents that it's almost like we moved to a different country! It is very different from PA, and almost everywhere we've gone people say "You're from the north aren't you?" Haha I didn't know it was THAT noticable, since I even say "Ya'll"
This is our "hillbilly deck", as I call it. I thought Matt was pretty smart for doing it.
This is behind our place. Melody is crying because she fell and scratched her knee, so I couldn't get her to smile!
I thought this looked pretty neat. That's our dog Buddy walking in the "field" by our house. What DO they call that here? lol
This was Lonnia's face when she seen me killing that big spider!
Anyway, I thought I'd keep it short right now and just show some pictures I've been taking of my kids. Which reminds me; you know how everything's supposed to be bigger in Texas? We'll it's true. I never thought I was squeamish around spiders until I moved here. I've killed two here in my house since we've moved here, and I've never had anything like them back home. They both were at least the size of the palm of my hand and that's without stretching their legs out!! I would've gotten a picture of them to show you, but I kind of smashed each one with my broom.
